Use this page to withdraw from your Arctara Premium subscription contract. You can do so within 14 days of concluding the contract if you are a consumer — you do not need to give a reason. Full information is in section 5 of our Terms of Service.
Important: withdrawing does not cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account. To avoid further charges, please also cancel it there: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Arctara; on Android, Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Arctara.

By pressing “Confirm withdrawal” you declare: “I hereby withdraw from my contract for the Arctara Premium subscription.”

We have received your withdrawal. This is the confirmation of receipt; it is not yet a decision on its effectiveness, which we check afterwards.
Reminder: please also cancel the subscription in your store account so you are not charged again (see above).

Erinnerung: Bitte kündigen Sie das Abonnement zusätzlich in Ihrem Store-Konto, damit nichts mehr abgebucht wird (siehe oben).
