Use this page to terminate your Arctara Premium subscription contract with us. Enter your details below and confirm with “Cancel now”. We confirm receipt immediately by e-mail, stating the content of your declaration, the date and time of its receipt and the time at which the contract ends. Full information is in section 4.5 of our Terms of Service.
Important: Apple or Google bill your subscription. Terminating here ends the contract with us, but it does not switch off the renewal in your App Store or Google Play account. To avoid further charges, please also cancel it there: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Arctara; on Android, Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Arctara. If you are charged for a period that begins after the end of the contract, we will refund it.
Termination received
We have received your termination. This is the confirmation of receipt; the e-mail we are sending you also states the time at which the contract ends.
Reminder: please also cancel the subscription in your store account so you are not charged again (see above).

Wichtig: Apple oder Google rechnen Ihr Abonnement ab. Die Kündigung hier beendet den Vertrag mit uns, schaltet die Verlängerung in Ihrem App-Store- oder Google-Play-Konto aber nicht ab. Um weitere Abbuchungen zu vermeiden, kündigen Sie es bitte zusätzlich dort: auf dem iPhone unter Einstellungen → Ihr Name → Abonnements → Arctara; auf Android im Google Play Store → Profilsymbol → Zahlungen & Abos → Abos → Arctara. Wird Ihnen eine Zahlung für einen Zeitraum berechnet, der nach dem Ende des Vertrags beginnt, erstatten wir sie.
Kündigung eingegangen
Wir haben Ihre Kündigung erhalten. Dies ist die Eingangsbestätigung; die E-Mail, die wir Ihnen senden, nennt außerdem den Zeitpunkt, zu dem der Vertrag endet.
Erinnerung: Bitte kündigen Sie das Abonnement zusätzlich in Ihrem Store-Konto, damit nichts mehr abgebucht wird (siehe oben).
