Consumer dispute resolution
The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, VSBG).
Liability for content
We are responsible for our own content under the general laws. For third-party content, such as user posts, the liability rules of Articles 4 to 6 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) apply; we are under no general obligation to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information (Art. 8 DSA). Obligations to remove or block information under the general laws remain unaffected. Liability is possible only from the moment we have knowledge of a specific infringement; once we become aware of such infringements, we remove the content without delay.
Liability for links
Our offering contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. The respective provider or operator is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. At the time of linking, no unlawful content was apparent. Permanent monitoring of linked pages is not reasonable without concrete indications of an infringement; once we become aware of infringements, we remove such links without delay.
